If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective in any way, we will replace it at no cost to you. No questions about whether you read the return policy first.

    Print defects, holes, tears, or wrong items sent. Contact us within 30 days with a photo.

    Wrong size received

    If we sent the wrong size, we'll send the right one immediately.

    Size exchanges (change of mind)

    Because items are made to order, we can't accept returns for size issues. Please use our sizing guide before ordering.

    Returns for change of mind

    All sales are final once production begins. We encourage you to check your order carefully before submitting.

How to File a Claim

    We'll respond within 2 business days with a resolution.

Timeline

Claims must be submitted within 30 daysof your delivery date. After that, we're unable to process replacements.
