Tree of Life

Some days move like syrup. That's the point. The brew is on. The book is open. The sun and moon are negotiating quietly behind the leaves. The crocodile has nowhere to be. The goat is winning at chess, or losing — it's hard to tell, and neither of them seem worried about it. There is a sign somewhere in the branches that says attention required, and it is correct.
